The concept should not only be understood as a short film. The Creating of the own identity in the context of the social environment is addressed on a visual and auditory level. The core idea is to understand the development of personality as a dialogue. The concept unfolds its full effect as a split-screen installation. Here the twin relationship is used as a symbol. The individual remains in the unit. The aim was not to represent a merger, but the interrelation of two individuals.
As an addition, a graphically elaborated photo series was developed. The work focuses on the present state. The optically resulting symmetry or asymmetry was examined.
